Arriving in London

So, the first day in London.

I've just arrived to a white, grey and black London. The weather is, comparing to Skane, warm. It's about 1 degree above zero.

The flight from Copenhagen went well and on the airport(Stansted) Ros came and picked me up. We had an hour drive to Ritas house. Rita is, for y'all who doesn't know, the lady I will stay with during the spring. Rita is her daughter. Rita's from Scotland and she's very nice.

My duties at Rita's is to keep her company, help her with the shopping and remind her of small things she might forget such as dinner, taking her pills for her back-pain etc.. You could say I'm going to do everything her children hasn't got the time to do.

She's only 81, so she's healthy, can walk and cook by herself and is over all very sharp.

So far we've got a good connection. She's easy to talk to - openminded.

So I think I will have the afternoons and evenings free. Ros, her daughter told me she doesn't think I will be able to work 5 h a day - there's just not that much work to do. The only thing that worries me slightly is if I can have guests here. According to Rita, Ros isn't that into strangers. Well who can blame her.

So far(after 4 hours) I've had 3 cups of tea.
